Hello there. This is the Salesman, here to wish you a merry Critmas. Let's have a critique to commemorate this event.

First and foremost, let me congratulate with you for this piece's overall feeling: despite using cold colors for the most part, your work doesn't seem impersonal at all.
On the contrary, it infuses a sense of deep calmness: while looking at it, I can feel the stress melting away, a blue flame consuming it all and leaving my mind as clear as crystal. Which sort of dark magic did you employ? I demand to know, since it's very noteworthy indeed.

Regarding the girl in the picture, she surely seems to blend with the environment, in spite of her dress' color, which left me initially perplexed; only after a while did I realize that she was a key element of this piece, fundamental in order to focus my gaze on the starry sky even more.
Above everything else, that parasol of hers is an element I found especially pleasing to look at, for the very reason mentioned in the paragraph above; since I'm at a loss for a better explanation, I'll just say that it resembles an icy glass of water in the desert: evanescent like a mirage, yet refreshing as a dream.
This otherworldly, ethereal vibe is the core concept of your piece, and that's what makes it stand outso much.

Before wrapping this critique up, I feel that the area itself deserves a bit more attention, the most interesting element in this regard being the surface the girl is standing on: is it an unknown planet, seen from above? An endless sea, which reflects the cosmos?
Either way, when paired with a sky as gorgeous as the one seen there, a mesmerizing duo is born. This, my friend, is the stuff dreams are made of.

Be proud of yourself, because you did a small miracle yourself: you captured a dream on canvas, and such an achievement makes you more than worthy of receiving a star on your work. May it shine brightly, and may this critique remind you of why you're an artist.
